Maybe they try to leave it to your imagination, crazy, I know. But you probably already have an awesome mental picture of what he looks like. So them giving him a face would never live up to the awesome picture you have drawn in your mind. OR! Maybe he just loves to suit up, he's the chief, he does what he wants.
