it could be many things my guinea pig had a swollen ear and then all the fluid came out and blood clot came out with it it can be very messey take it too the doctor so it can get antibotics and antibiotics for the ear.

∙ 14y agoI do not know, but my 2 guinea pigs have a swollen hump on their legs, so i assume every guinea has 1. I think it is probably natural and nothing to worry about.
