Your head hurts is a declarative sentence.
Grossly tender means it obviously hurts when touched.
well just think about now if you were a dog would you cry if yous was touched he probley thinks it hurts
It doesn't mean anything. "Are you touched in the head" means "are you crazy?" however, as in "touched by madness."

There are infinite potential sentences that can be created with the word head. Here is a short example. Person one: "My head hurts." Person two: "My head hurts too." Person three: "My head hurts more." Person four: "She said her head hurt, yours hurts too, and his hurts more." Each person can just add a word, or change a word to any current sentence and that will create a new sentence.

I'd say getting punched in the head hurts more than getting punched in the ribs
