it could be that your lower back is not supported enough. Your head and shoulders may be at such an angle that it causes undue strain on your spine and you end up feeling like you've been punched in the kidneys! Maybe time for a new mattress or less pillows!
The pain you described can be many things. It sounds like trapped gas. You may want to take something so you can use the bathroom.
See your doctor.
Either on your back or on your side.. if you sleep on your stomach then you can hurt your back.. I learn to put a pillow between my legs when i sleep on my side to prevent me from rolling onto my stomach.
if your asking for an early sign "no" it would not hurt your stomache to lay on it, could be gas
it really depents how far into the pregnancy you are....
you should not lay on your stomach. your should lay on which ever side is most comfortable but your left side is a whole lot better for baby
because your abinoiseterousyou are blocking the airway on that side.
you lay on a sled and you lay your stomach on the sled so stomach on the sled and then you go down a hill steering with your body by leaning to the left and to the right
Your right side
go to the bathroom, take a pain pill or lay downor maybe you can suck on some lemon and add some sugar to it so it can have some flavor or even lay right side down
The right side
U should rest and lay down with a icepack on your stomach and wait about 20 min to a 40 min to let the knot push away.
Left side. :)
You can lay on your back to take the pressure off your stomach. You can also lay on one side. Then you can frequently change positions.
