Why does my boyfriend get extremely mad and give me the silent treatment if I wear my hair down. Is this appropriate. Why does he act like this. He says it's best that I don't leave it down again?

That is completely unfair
the only reason i can think of
is one - he thinks you look way to hot with your hair down, and doesnt want another man seeing you looking so great
or two - he is a vampire and wants direct contact with your neck at any given time
have your hair down as much as you like
if that pisses him off, then ditch him
