everytime? consult a doctor to put you in touch with nutritonist. it could be many things so dont panic . it might be IBS-iritable bowel syndrome , ask around your family to see if anyone else has it as it may be heridatry but IBS can just develop aswell. monitor her diet to ensure she is getting all her fruit and veg and reduce acidic food. make sure she eats slowly aswell as this to can irritate IBS even more than usual.
i would recomend lots of smoothie and maybe even yogurts with nbacteria in like actimel or yakult.
