One reason could be that she does not WASH herself with SOAP and water in that area good or AT ALL. Plus she needs to wash herself at LEAST twice a day. Reason #2.... She could have an infection down their..... In other words TELL OR TAKE HER TO THE DOCTOR..... PROMPTLY!!!!!!!!!
