Movies of series are, most of the time, unrelated to the storyline.
They're still different. Magellan's Doku-Doku fruit makes liquid poison drip from his body. Musshuru's Noko-Noko fruit allows him to produce both poisonous and non-poisonous spores - Noko Noko actually comes from 'Kinoko', meaning mushroom, making him more of a Mushroom Man or Spore Man, rather than another poison man.
