Answer

The sun's energy evaporates water, and changes its phase to water vapor. The vapor rises into the atmosphere, and becomes clouds. When cloud droplets collide, they join together to form a larger droplet. As the process continues, the droplet eventually becomes too heavy and falls to earth as precipitation.

cooling

There are four main mechanisms for cooling the air to its dew point.

Adiabatic cooling occurs when air rises and expands. The air can rise due to convection, large-scale atmospheric motions, or a physical barrier such as a mountain.

Conductive cooling occurs when the air comes into contact with a colder surface, usually by being blown from one surface to another, for example from a liquid water surface to colder land.

Radiational cooling occurs due to the emission of infrared radiation, either by the air or by the surface underneath.

Evaporative cooling occurs when moisture is added to the air through evaporation, which forces the air temperature to cool to its wet-bulb temperature, or until it reaches saturation

it all begins with the earth's water cycle. the sun evaporates water from the earth, and it condenses into water vapor in clouds. eventually, the clouds will undergo percipatation and once more return to the earth's surface.

basically it is caused by our earth's own water system. almost like the earth's way of recycling water.

After water vapor condenses into a cloud, the precipitation gets to heavy for the cloud to carry so it falls from downdrafts and gravity.

How does the water come down?

When the water vapour in clouds merge and become droplets, they will fall as rain. Two basic reasons are the droplets have become too heavy, and gravity.

When water vapour condenseit form tiny drops of water that forms clouds when do this droplets come down as rain?

Individual droplets are so small, that they can stay suspended in the air. If the droplets combine into larger drops that are too heavy to stay suspended, they fall as raindrops.

How happens precipitation?

The basic rule is what goes up must come down in the case of rain water vapour in the air condences as a result of cooling to form droplets which eventualy have to fall down.

How do droplets become heavy enough so that the droplets fall as rain or snow?

how do droplets become heavy enogh so that the droplets fall as rain and snow

Why the rainbow is colourful?

Because when the observer is between the sun and the rain droplets the sun hits the rain droplets and then the rain droplets bend and form the colours.

Why do clouds not tumble down from the sky?

They eventually come down as rain, snow, etc. They don't fall right away because they are made of very small droplets of water, which fall through the air very slowly.

What is the process in which water droplets from clouds?

airRain are water droplets that fall from the sky.If it is very cold, or there are layers of vary cold air that the rain passes through on the way down, the water droplets can become snow or balls of hail.

When the what and what are right the small droplets of water in clouds form larger droplets andprecipation occurs?

When the rain and snow are right the small droplets of water in clouds forms larger droplets and precipitation occurs.

What are droplets that freeze as they get closer to the ground?

Rain droplets that freeze before reaching the ground is called sleet.Sleet is snowflakes and rain. Frozen droplets are usually known as hail.

Why does rain come in droplets?

Rain comes in droplets because of a process called condensation. When warm air rises and meets cooler temperatures in the atmosphere, the water vapor in the air condenses into tiny water droplets. These droplets then gather together to form clouds, and when they become too heavy, they fall to the ground as rain. The size of the droplets can vary depending on factors such as temperature and humidity.
