Shakespeare only wrote two plays with twins in them: The Comedy of Errors (which involves two sets of identical twins, who also have the same given name, an unlikely event unless your name is Dave McCave) and Twelfth Night (which has a pair of fraternal twins).
There are lots of twins in the play The Comedy of Errors: the identical twins cause confusion and hilarity ensues. There are twins in Twelfth Night, with similar results. That's it for Shakespeare's plays.
The twins would not have been played by twin actors, just two actors wearing the same (or almost the same) costume.
People mistake one for the other which can set up comic situations in Twelfth Night and The Comedy of Errors, the only plays to use twins.

William Shakespeare's son was called Hamnet. He never directly named any of his plays after his son, but the title of his play 'Hamlet' is of course very close to the name Hamnet. Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night' also features twins of different genders (Hamnet had a twin sister named Judith).
