Not everything in The Bible has to be loaded with meaning. Any wording in the Bible is a translation. It reflects speech patterns in use by the translator. Present jokes which start off with an opening like "Three guys went into a bar ..." have the same patterns.
"A certain man" means - anyone, someone - it is like saying "a man" in English.
The phrase "a certain man" is in the King James Version of the Bible 31 times. It is in 31 verses.

the bible does not encorage one certain religon but does condon actions of some religions but if you want a certain answer i would say Baptist b/c they follow the Bible word for word

if the man is not much younger than i think it is all right. The Bible doesn't say anything about that kind of relationship but if you are a Christian and you pray about the relationship God will give you an answer.
