I think Yes, Climate change affect temperature, and changes in temperature means changes in Precipitation. Precipitation depend mostly on condensation of atmosphere water vapor, and condensation does depend on temperature which is affected by climate change.
Breathing comes to mind, as does eating (plants and animals need air), airplane flying, ballooning, kite flying, parasailing, parachuting, not freezing solid, and so on.
That would depend on what is absorbing it. If it is plants, they grow well. If it is our oceans, they drop in PH. In any event, the level CO2 decreases in the atmosphere. Historically, CO2 levels do not change though unless temperature changes first.
