Worn valve guides?
New answer : Worn valve guides WILL cause some what of a rough idle and engine would smoke at all times. If engine smokes at start up only and then quites then your problem would be the VALVE SEALS.
David Cameron does not currently smoke - he gave up smoking in later 2006.
White smoke at start up is due to moisture in the exhaust or on a diesel it can be normal due to the engine being cold.White smoke at start up is due to moisture in the exhaust or on a diesel it can be normal due to the engine being cold.

The 2006 Ford F2 50 diesel engine might have a bad fuel injector. The injector can cause the engine to not run properly, until the engine warms up.
the smoke is probly actually blue but appears to be white blue colered smoke is oil burning after vehicle sits oil drips into the cylinders from the valve guide seals causing it to burn and smoke upon start up of vehicle
Possible that there is oil in your intake.
If you have a squeak that won't quit it is probably the ball joints...I had to have mine replaced on a 97 Ford F250..The ball joints for that year cannot be lubricated; they are sealed..once water and trash start to build up it's just a matter of time before they start making an annoying squeak.........
coil may be bad

A bad fuel injector can cause your 2004 Toyota Camry to smoke when you start it up. A plugged air filter can also cause it to smoke.
