Try unplugging everything (except your power plug) from your computer if you have a laptop. If you have a desktop computer then unplug everything except your keyboard and mouse.
Some times a USB device will interfere with the USB bus and cause sleep problems.
If you have the oringinal keyboard and mouse that came with your computer then use those instead for troubleshooting.
If the problem goes away then plug in the USB devices one at a time. Do not use the USB hub untill you know each device works by themselves then use the USB hub to see if everything still works.
If it is a USB device that's the problem then try using another USB cord then check the power supply.
Some times in rare occations you can deselect the sleep mark in the Control Panel the recheck it and it may work again.

- When the Mac gets put into sleep mode, it will be fine. But after 30 mins or so, it will wake up halfway and freeze. This is really a problem to consider. It also happens when the Mac boots up into Windows on bootcamp. It will also freeze the same way on Windows and this really needs to stop.
