Unless there is an underlying fault with the gearbox/transmission (or else where), the most likely cause is that reverse gears tend to be "straight cut" rather than helically cut as forward gears are.
The reason forward gears are helically cut it because straight cut gears are noisy, producing the typical "whine" when reversing. As a car spend the majoity of it's life traveling forward the additional expense of cutting the reverse gears helically in not seen as justifiable by most manufacturers.
Grinding when turning is probably due to the brakes being almost worn out, and as the suspension/brakes flex when turning the backing plate for one of the pads is hitting the brake rotor/disk. I would suggest this is checked by a qualified person for safety reasons.
The backing car is at fault
The reversing car attempting to park would be at fault. The car already traveling in the road would have the right of way since they are already properly in motion and traveling in the correct direction of traffic.. The reversing car would be traveling against the flow of traffic and has an obligation to ensure that the way is clear before reversing.
You are! For not being cautious when reversing on to a road. You should make sure that it is safe and clear when reversing, if you hit another car it is your fault and not the person that is driving on the roads fault.
potato with in whistle in it, jammed into the exhaust pipe?
going back, reversing (in a car)
A back-up camera.
If your car is whistling you might want to check you pcv valve.
The benefits of having a car reversing camera are being able to have a better overview when parking the car. This enables the driver to park the car without colliding with other cars or objects in the way and to assume an efficient parking position.
If you reverse your car and then collide with a parked car , the person who did the reversing is at fault.
the "bump" on the whistle catches air as you throw it pushing air through the whistle , exiting through the opposite side of the plastic whistle. If you were to hold the foottball outside your car window it would whistle constantly while moving.
You are at fault - The charge where I one worked was, "Backing Without Caution."
Some brands of cars that have car reversing sensors include Toyota and Dodge. For example, the Toyota Sienna has sensors that alert the driver when there is an object directly behind the rear bumper.
