Your Ex wants you to hate her because it makes the whole process of her getting over you alot eaiser. Its hard to get over someone you just broke up with if they are still being nice and everything so she wants you to be mean and blame everything on her and be mad at her that way she doesn't feel as bad about getting over you.

It depends, if you broke up with him/her, he/she can either a. Hate you and never want to see you again, b. Want to still be friends, or c. Obsess over you until he/she gets his/her way. If he/she broke up with you, odds are it was for a reason, and he/she would most likely not want to be with you AGAIN! So no, an ex does not ALWAYS want you back. Hope this helps.
