know in my case, it is not the medication, or even a side effect of the medication, but the "inert" ingredients.
When I take the generic manufactured by Core Pharmaceuticals, I end up with horrible sores and bumps. I have no problems when I take the Barr or DuraMed products (they are the same company, Teva, but the Barr brand is for generic scrips, DuraMed for no substitute).
I would guess it has to do with the salts and by products, but I don't really care. I just know Core brand rips my mouth and tongue up, no problems with Barr.

∙ 14y agoIt could be dehydration. Make sure you drink lots of water while on Adderall. Adderall is also known to cause killer mouth sores. You may be biting your tongue without knowing it, since Adderall also gives you the urge to chew/grind your teeth/ something like that. And lastly, it could also be an allergic reaction. If your tongue is swelling up and sore.

I would pretty certain that it would KILL you. If you had access to that many mg's it would not be prescribed to take at once. 241mg is not even a mg that Adderall is dispensed in. You would have to take multiple tables, how many would depend on the mg of the tables/ capsules. It would, inevitably BLOW UP YOUR HEART!!!
