Possibilities: Bad u-joint, worn front end part, slipped belt in tire, tire out of balance, bad steering damper. These are areas to start, more details/symptoms needed to give you more ideas.

Someone who knows how to drive a truck and is legally licensed to drive a truck has to train you, so that you can drive a truck (but you do also have to get a license).
The truck needs a tune up.
I would suspect you have a broken motor mount. If that is not the case, then you need to inspect all suspension parts, and the drive shaft universal joints.
If the rotors are warped it can cause a shake when you hit the brakes.
