Yes, but usually very slowly,such as the Himilayas, which are getting higher due to ongoing plate collision and uplift. Sometimes uplift is balanced or exceeded by erosion and weathering. Sometimes they can change size violently, such as Mt. St Helens, when much of its side blew off. Volcanism generally increases the height and width of mountains,though.
