no no no, if you stop evolution its not bad cause some Pokemon like pikachu can learn moves that raichu can't such as thunder now it can learn this by itself but if you have a raichu just use the TM thunder to teach it thunder but anyways Pokemon can learn moves faster when there in there little forms, i.e totodile can learn hydro pump way before feraligatr.

∙ 12y agoYou should definitely but it depends on Pokemon. For example, Ralts learns physic at level 26, while gardevor learns at at level 40, so instead of evolving Ralts, keep it until it learns physic
