Usually 13 is the time where Puberty starts. You don't have to be 12 to start puberty. puberty normally doesn't start until the age of 13 or 14. If you are a male, this is normal because females experience Puberty before males. Don't be upset that you haven't hit Puberty, because you might be a late bloomer. Puberty happens to evreyone because it is the physical change of becoming a grown-up. All i have to say is, all in good time, my friend
