Woodstock 1994 was released on a VHS format. You can find it at several online retailers. However, DVDs were not introduced until 1995. At the time of their release, they were competing with laser disc, so were not mainstream until a little while after. Woodstock 1994 was just a little short of being around when the DVD option was standard. That does not mean it will not be done in the future however. You will just have to keep your eyes open.
