I would guess that at the time of the Moon landings, it was a higher priority than now, due to:* Political reasons - the United States wanted to be the first to get there, before the Soviet Union.
* The fact that it hadn't been done before.

THE ANSWER IS NO!! there is no way anyone has been too the moon. never the less back in the 70`s` we did not that the technology in that area. if ya look at the so called video's of the moon mobile they drove on the moon, the sand from the wheels flew up in the air and than it came back down and hit the ground. if they were in space on the moon, the sand would have floated away, cause there is no gravity on the moon. it is fake.
