Apollo is the son of Zeus and Leto. Aphrodite is in some myths (Aphrodite Pandemos) referred to as the daughter of Zeus and Dione. But her original myth (Aphrodite Ourania) has her born of sea-foam created when Cronus cut the genitals from his fellow titan Uranus and threw them into the sea.

Apollo had not children with Aphrodite.
Apollo and Aphrodite had no children together, although not all fathers of Aphrodite's children are named and not all mothers of Apollo's children are either.
Apollo and Aphrodite were not brothers- Aphrodite was a female goddess, while Apollo was male. In some myths, Aphrodite was the daughter of Zeus, and Apollo was his son (hence the brother-sister relation); however, in other myths, Aphrodite was simply born of sea foam.
Hera was Aphrodite's mother as well as Arthemis , Athena ,and Apollo.

They weren't rivals but Hepaestus probably didn't like Aphrodite that much because he knew that she had cheated on him repeatedly.
Heracles __ In Roman mythology Zeus was Jupiter, Apollo retained the name and was called Apollo by Romans as well, and Aphrodite became Venus.
In Greek mythology, Apollo is said to dislike Aphrodite because she represents love, beauty, and desire, which are seen as frivolous and distracting in contrast to Apollo's focus on order, reason, and discipline. Their conflicting attributes and domains often lead to discord between them in mythology.
Apollo in this case is confused with Helios, Titan god of the Sun, who saw Aphrodite and Ares embracing: Aphrodite was only appeased when Helios married her daughter Rhode.
