Halloween originates in a ancient Celtic pagan festival called Samhain, which was about the spirits of the dead from that year leaving the world.

As Muslims, we can't celebrate Halloween because it's forbidden to take any part in pagan festivals. Haram.

Muslims cant go because shaytan comes out in the night my mom told me this when i was 8 i asked her if i could go she told me why i coudent go but my father said that i could go

but my mother said no and now im nine and its holloween and i cant go and i respect that my mother is telling the truth because she is always reading quran and helping me same as my father.

It's about the intention. If you have an intention to ask candy from your neighbours because you are participating with a cultural festivity, then no, it isn't. Islamic parents give their children present during Christmas. It's because they are just doing what the environment is doing. If you can control this so it won't escalate, it's ok.

I think they can. Its doesn't matter if Muslims just have fun. I know it's part of a christian holiday, but you can let kids celebrate it, if they don't do any religious thing with it.
