Harvard is the best college because it provides you an education which will prepare to have any job you want. Wherever you go, if you say i went to Harvard you will have peoples' respect. Harvard's principles are based on integrity, respect and honesty which are things you will need for the rest of your life. My dream is to go to Harvard and one day i hope it will come true.

∙ 12y agoTo attened Harvard you need to have a GPA of atleast a 3.8 to a 4.0, but the lowest I've seen was a 3.6.
Tip: Havard cost about $40,000 per semester and if you have finacial aid it will cost about 25% to 35% less. Harvard is also located in Cambrige, Massachusetts.

∙ 12y agoIt is a highly-revered institution of higher learning. The contacts one makes in college can spur their successes in later life. Harvard is the top American university that has the best education, greatest job opportunities, best communication from classmates, best academic challenge, and many people say good things about Harvard. So you must agree that attendance alone is a status symbol. Have a counselor forward you a (complete, preferably) roster of their attendees throughout the history of the school, and form your OWN OPINION. Graduates of Yale will DEFinitely differ with the above.

Okay, I might be completely biased because I go to Yale, but from what I hear it's sometimes very miserable at Harvard. Their newspaper even wrote in article conceding defeat in that area. The general population at Yale is in love with Yale, and Yalies, and college life. I don't regret the decision one bit. ANOTHER GOOD ANSWER They are both fantastic schools. I want to go to Yale for my bachelor's degree and the go to Harvard Medical School. But Harvard does have a defeating reputation and Yale can be just as reputable, but go by information on their websites, and what you want to major in and the specialty you want to be in. Harvard and Yale are both good on a lot of things so go by what you find out.
