Why is disneys Mickey Mouse bigger than his dog Pluto?

Because Mickey Mouse is a large, mutated mouse who wears clothes. and his dog Pluto was captured by NASA and was sent into space as the first dog in space, but he passed the magic shrink-ray of Jupiter ans shrunk to a smaller size. When he came back NASA decided not to tell the public as they did not want criticism for animal abuse, and instead sent nearly straight away another dog which looks like Pluto called Laika, but she unfortunately did not survive either. NASA were forced to tell the public this though about this as they had no other explanation. Pluto was kindly adopted by Mickey Mouse.
