Round is the dominant gene, while square is the recessive. Spongebob's parents have a heterozygous round genotype. This means they both carry the Rr dominant/recessive genes they inherited from their parents. If you do a punnet square for these 2 genotypes breeding you will see that 1 of 4 offspring would be rr or recessive/recessive like Spongebob. Most of the offspring would be expected to be round. While we are on the subject, don't forget that sponges reproduce asexually, which means they have only one biological parent. The offspring have the same genetic code as the parent. Unless SpongeBob and his parents are a different genus of sponges, he is either a very rare mutation (from either parent) , or he is adopted, or he had unmentioned major surgery in his infancy.
SpongeBob has a box-shaped head because that is how his creators drew him. Most sponges are square, so SpongeBob has a square head, and his parents have circular heads because that is also how their creators drew them. There really isn't any other explanation for this strange phenomenon.
The creator of the character, Hillenburg liked drawing marine life especially sponges which he thought were the "oddest of all" these creatures. However the unaesthetic lumpy shape of natural sponges did not seem right for the spirit for the character. He examined other potential candidates for the sponge character settling on a sink sponge — like his creation it's so clean and square, the moral and social image project by the innocent and un-hip SpongeBob.
Because he is a regular sponge shape. He comes to life underwater!
Cones and cylinders both have a circular base. They are both 3 dimensional shapes. They also have at least one circular base. This was a CMT question for me this year. (7th grade math 3)
when did his parents die??
No,they both wore bald caps on there heads.
billy no they do not lol
Unless the judge has made an order that says otherwise children are allowed to talk to both parents on a regular basis.
that is a genetic question as your parents could both have small heads but u could have a large head it basicclly depends on your genetic DNA
Both.
its a tie they both have freakishly large heads,.(:
They both have a circular face.
how can you work with both parents?
Two ways to think about it: 1: 25% both heads 50% one of each 25% both tails -or- 2: 25% heads/heads 25% heads/tails 25% tails/heads 25% tails/tails
It depends on where it is used:'Both the parents are working' is not as good as 'Both ofthe parents are working'.'Both the parents and the children had fun' is correct.
When both of a living individual's parents have died, the individual has survived both parents.
Both have enzymes, ribosomes, circular DNA.They can self replicate.
A gasket may or may not be circular, and it is usually flat on both sides. An O ring is always circular, and circular in girth as well.
The probability of 2 coins both landing on heads or both landing on tails is 1/2 because there are 4 possible outcomes. Head, head. Head, tails. Tails, tails. Tails, heads. Tails, heads is different from heads, tails for reasons I am unsure of.
Neither have square bases, both have circular bases.
