It's very easy to get addicted to, and causes stress in the brain. After several years, your body becomes immune to it and it has little or no effect at all. It'll mess with your brain after a while, too. You'll lost train of thought easier and you'll do things you normally wouldn't do. I'd say taking a different anxiety pill would be much better for you.
