it make it strong as it is the strongest shape.
hope this helped.
i tried to figure out this question whilst helping my daughter with her pointless science question 'Why are structure with triangles in them strong
Because the shape of a triangle cannot change without changing the length of one (or more) of the sides. A triangle is inherently stable, until either the joints or the sides fail.
I believe it has something to do with the style. I haven't seen many bridges in the shape of a triangle.
Triangles
Ones that make use of triangles.
Triangles are the strongest type of shape. It is very sturdy, but takes up little space. It is the best for building bridges.
You can see triangles in stairs, stras, bridges, and Disney Epcot Center
Aren't triangles structurally strong? So they are used in bridges and architechture.
The geometric shape used in truss bridges is the triangle.
towers,pyramids, and bridges
Well, Some Bridges have right triangles in them if the are truss bridges. Also paper footballs are right triangles. Hope that helped a little.
Pyramids have triangular faces, which might count. Bridges utilize triangles extensively in their design due to the structural support that triangles gives. Towers also utilize triangles for the same reason as bridges: they form a strong structure which resists bending and sagging.
Structural strength.
The triangle is a rigid shape, more so than a square, for example.
without triangles we would not be able to build proper bridges, would not be able to re- enforce structures. we would not be able to construct aeroplane frames
