Why is biking fun?

There are many advantages to cycling. Riding everyday will give you an effective workout, resulting in a fitter and healthier you. Your carbon footprint will also be lowered if you cycle rather than drive your car. If everyone cycled imagine how fit and healthy everybody would be and how less polluted our world would be.

Fresh air, freedom, escape, health, fitness, go far (distances comparable to car...when you're trained enough!) get away from it all......ITS GOOD FOR YOU!! and the environment! There are also many different types of cycling so there's something for everything: track (velodrome), mountain (pretty self explanatory), road and BMX (going over bumps whilst doing tricks). Also, if you do not own your own car, it is a great alternative to get to places without having to get a lift all the time or spend money.
