Wearing school uniforms can sometimes reduce bullying related to appearance and clothing choices. However, bullying can still occur for other reasons, so it is not guaranteed to eliminate all instances of bullying. Other interventions and strategies may be necessary to address the root causes of bullying.
Good question. It's more common among private schools than public schools.
It is really hard to stop this as children don't normally speak about their problems so if your child is not looking normal try and talk to them and see whats up. Also schools need to knuckle down on bullies.
cyber bullying is basically bullying on the computer or phone's, so yes it is.
Yes because the students in that school wears the same things so they wont gossip or tease about there looks...AnswerNot sure about bullying, but many school systems have discovered that requiring uniforms certainly simplifies matters of competition.
Psychological Bullying is pretty much the same as Mental Bullying so calling people names and stuff like that.
Schools and workplaces should have firm policies against bullying so that everyone understands what their responsibilities are. Children should make a commitment that they will not be bullies, and that they will intervene and help anyone they see being bullied. Workers should make a commitment similarly.
It could be that strict school policies and the advent of the Internet has displaced the bullying. They might bully at home or in the neighborhood, or they choose to cyberbully instead. Oh, some schools try to dictate your behavior while at home too, but anyone can take steps to reduce the chances of getting caught. So it is a matter of it being too costly to bully at school to make bullying in other places more attractive. Other factors as to why you might not see bullying is that maybe the bullying at school is more covert. Or maybe the school had a recent bullying-related tragedy or an effective anti-bullying program.
Not to influence bullying or anything but idiot is a good one. Why so eager to have bullying words that start with "I"?
Verbal bullying can happen pretty much anywhere-schools, playgrounds, daycares, on the way to or from school. There are even some people so immature that they keep doing it in the workplace. Cyberbullying is verbal bullying done online.
It depends on the type of bullying. Bullying that happens in school occurs most during school hours. Bullying in the community happens the most when people are out and about, and summer is the most common time for that. Street harassment is more likely to happen on Friday evenings for some reason. In terms of the bully, it happens more when they are irritable, bored, or feeling bad about themselves or their circumstances.
some people cant help bullying after they have done it for so long =]
