Cut the ice cream into bars and put in Popsicle sticks. Dip them in chocolate and show that is freezes on the ice cream bar. Roll it in chopped peanuts for show. You could always show how ice cream used to be made in a cranked container with the ice cream mix in the center portion and rock salted ice around it freezing the liquid. Explain how that works to the judges. Both would get attention if not prizes.
