No. I, Sheekgirl519, say that goofy is a REAL character but Pluto isn't. Why does Mickey talk? Why does Daisy talk? these are all characters that are SUPOSSED to talk. Pluto is simply a PET, not an actual character. Same with Minnie's pet cat. (her name escapes me) she dosent talk. not supposed to.
