First of all, that's not entirely true. It is only when heat energy is uniformly spread out (different objects have the same temperature) that it is unusable. If heat is concentrated in one place, part of the energy can still be used.
It is a fundamental law in our Universe, that there are irreversible processes. The reason for this is hard to understand, but scientists have a measure for this, a rather abstract quantity called "entropy" - and the way it is defined, entropy will always increase in any process (or, in the borderline case, not change, or hardly change) - but it can never decrease. It has been found by experience, and by many thought experiments, that no such process exists.
In cellular respiration, ATP is created. This energy is created with energy from other energy sources, and is used more readily by the rest of the cell.
Thermal energy because you are using heat. The thermal energy can be supplied by an external heat source or by electric it generating microwaves which excite the water molecules to produce heat.
it is used to produce light, but it also produces heat as a byproduct
Nuclear energy is used as a source of heat. The heat from the reactor is used to heat up water and the steam moves a turbine that generates electricity. It's the same principal with a coal power plant, only the source of heat is different.
Thermal energy is used in heat pumps. Solar energy can also be used.
The source of energy in stoves is HEAT ENERGY

Radiational heat
Natural gas is used as a source of heat, from heating homes, to heating water, when something is burned it gives of energy, heat is a form of energy.

A heat source that may power turbines for mechanical energy and to power electrical generators for electricity.
the stove is used if it is a heat kettle otherwise it is electrical based

Well it depends what heat you are refering to. One source is the sun, the other source is gas - which can be used as a heating source.
You then have a source of heat that can be used to warm a room or make coffee.
The earliest industries used heat/thermal energy to run their operations by burning feul or coal to generate the heat energy.
