Imagine that you have grown up and decided to get a job to keep your wife and children fed and with a roof over their head. You are good at science and decide to get a degree at university. You leave with a teaching qualification and decide to become a teacher a the school you now attend. Would you prefer the kids in your class to be well behaved and listen to what you have to say or would you rather shout,get annoyed and tell the kids to write an essay outlining why it is good to be quiet in class?
