Why is it that narcissists do not talk when they have a problem?

in my opinion they do this so that in their own mind they have a reason to be upset and are able to justify venting their frustrations on another with the excuse being you dont understand or just dont get it

Those types of people are known as narcissists. They often think extremely highly of themselves and when at all possible find ways to talk about things they like, their opinions on things or talk up any sort of accomplishment they have had. Narcissists sometimes try to cover up by trying to down talk themselves at time so others will give them praise.

They're talkers. Big talkers. They talk a good game but have nothing to back it up, this includes plans, everything. They say things to get what they want with no intention of following through with any of it. Other people besides narcissists make plans and drop them, but a narcissist won't see any problem with it. It's not what they want to do, so they don't have to.
