The Curse of Tutankhamen was a curse that kept everyone involved in the tomb excavation on edge, and added to the mummy mystery. I believe there was no actual curse; the deaths were just a negative side effect of the dangerous air and spores released after growing in the tomb for thousands of years. This does not happen to many tombs as most resting places had been disturbed by grave robbers after the burial, prior to discovery. Now the real question is… what killed king tut?
