The most common cause is al blown fuse, so you must check them all.
If all fuses are ok, there may be a wiring malfuction, so you must remove the radio assembly, then check if the unit is receiving power, if so, you need to replace the radio, if it does not, then check the wiring until find out where the power is interrupted.
