I dont think that there is actually anything wrong with having a short neck, I think that it is just the uniqueness of it. it is just considered abnormal because not many people have short necks. I wouldn't worry about it because it is just an unfair label that some people might get because of the way they are born. not everyone cares about people just for their looks.
