Can sunlight be used for a laser?

No. A laser is a bean of light that propagates in one direction with little spread and generate light only over a very small range of wavelengths. The rays of sunlight are parallel only because of our great distance from the sun. Sunlight can be focused to a point using mirrors or lenses, but will spread out beyond that point, rather than as a coherent beam light a laser. Additionally, sunlight consists of the entire spectrum of light.

What time does night start?

Night does not have a specific start time. It refers more to a lack of sunlight rather than a time. Though in the high and low latitudes it may even be broad daylight even at 'night'.

Why is fog present during early mornings rather than during the middle of the day?

Fog can be present any time of day. However, fog is more abundant in the mornings because the temperature is cooler and there tends to be less sunlight to burn the fog away. And there tends to be less fog in the afternoons than in the mornings because temperatures are warmer and there is more sunlight.

Why don't the fuel storage tanks have black surface?

The black surface is more effective in absorbing sunlight rather than reflecting it. Hence, black surface is more effective in getting what is included beneath warmed and heated up which is risky for fuel storage tanks if its surface is black.

Are all eclipse are visible?

No. Penumbral eclipses, in which the Moon passes through the lighter partial shadow of the Earth, are not generally noticeable without the use of specialized equipment. We human beings are remarkable at being able to see in light from bright full sunlight to very dim cloudy days, in which the level of light is a tiny fraction of full sunlight. So when the Moon is only illuminated by PART of the Sun's light rather than by all of it, we generally can't see any difference!

Why is sunlight written above the arrow in the equation rather than no either side of it?

Energy from SUNLIGHT + CO2(g) + H2O(l) = C6H12O6 (glucose) + O2(g) The above is unbalanced, but it shows that sunlight is on the left side of the equation. Sunlight provides the energy for the reaction to take place, without it nothing would really happen. Therefore it is an INPUT into the equation, thus it is on the left side. Outputs are placed on the right side of the equation.

What is a vectorial equation?

What equation is a integer?

Which equation can be used to find the horizontal length r of the illuminated area?

Since I can't see either the illuminated area or the list of choices, my chance of selecting the appropriate equation is looking rather dim.

Why is a catalyst written above the arrow in a chemical equation rather than with the reactants?

The enzyme is written above the arrow of the chemical equation because it is involved in the reaction without being changed by it or used up in the reaction. It is not a reactant or a product.
