  • One is the systemic circuit in which the heart pumps blood through the systemic artery (Aorta) and receives blood from systemic veins (Superior and Inferior Vena Cava).
  • And another one,the pulmonary circuit, in which the heart pumps blood through the pulmonary arteries and receives blood from the pulmonary veins.
