Rough sex generally means deeper sex. The deeper the penis goes the more likely (and forcefully) it will hit the cervix. Generally speaking the cervix is more sensitive to pressure and could perhaps be ever so slightly bruised. Really its no different than poking anywhere else in your body really hard many times.
