Well first of all, the monkeys have more dense muscle fibers. Also, they use them constantly, and this builds up the already-dense muscle. Their nervous system is also "structured" a different way. I don't know the details, but I do know the result. They don't have fine manipulation skills for the same reason. Basically they can either use all their muscle or none of it. So when adrenaline kicks in and a mother lifts a car off her kid, monkeys always have that strength.
