Why is the movie wanted rated R?

Im' from the UK and it is rated 18 here but the reason is because you are committing many crimes including murder. It would not be good if someone too young played it and coppied the game. nudity, extreme blood effect, foul languages, cheezy atmosphere. Anything an 12 year old will be unsuitable for viewing. But to give it an R rating is too extreme if you look at films like Resident Evil or the grudge.

There is a scene where a boy is somewhat streaking, and yes, you can see it. However, it is dark and hard to see. Also, to some people who are easily offended, it may be found very disturbing. Certain parts that involve mobs and shooting also.
