Oh, sorry, I don't have an answer but I do have similar symptoms. It then progressed to irritable neck, then I couldn't get comfortable enough in bed to sleep, and then as the night drew on I started getting painful head, neck, skull. In short, what I had was a migraine. It started with no real pain, just the weird, sensitive feeling to the right side of my face, the feeling was a cross between bruising and burning.
