The story of Lucifer's rebellion is certainly written in The Bible; in Isaiah Chap.14.

See particularly vs. 12. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

13. For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

14. I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

15. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

The Bible refences the war of Angels and the fall of Satan but does not tell the story in whole that is what I believe the question was and the reason is Simple The War Of Angels and the fall of Satan would have no effect on making people into mindless sheep that would follow without question what our faith leaders say

Answer:

Actually, "parts of the story is." Like Jesus' parables that are intended to "hide the meaning of what He says from the general population" [Matt.13:10-16 & Isa.6:9-10]... so is the Bible written so that the big picture that it paints is not found all in one place; but has to be studied and "Divinely revealed" to a receptive heart and mind that "believes" what it says.

"...the Word of the LORD was unto themprecept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; HERE A LITTLE, and THERE A LITTLE; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." (Isa.28:13 KJV)

Pieces of "Lucifer's story" are found in Genesis... but most people can't [or won't] see it.

The second verse of Genesis 1 reveals the "result" of the rebellion following the "casting down of Satan and his angels to the earth!"

"The earth was [a form of the verb 'to be' -- could also read; or should read: 'the earth BECAME'] empty, a formless mass cloaked in darkness..." (Gen.1:2 NLT New Living Translation).

This single verse early in the Genesis account merely "touches" on one aspect of Satan's rebellion in the beginning [here a little, and there a little]; sometime AFTER the original creation of the universe [Gen.1, verse 1]... with no time frame referenced regarding how much time passed between the two events: the original creation of the universe and the rebellion of the "Great Dragon" [see Rev.12:9] and his angels.

But it does reveal [to the heart and mind willing to see] that the earth was destroyed BY SOMETHING!

[LIT Literal Bible]: "and the earth was [hayah: to exist, i.e. be or BECOME, come to pass..."] without form [tohuw: to lie waste; a desolation (of surface), i.e. desert; figuratively, a worthless thing; adverbally, in vain..."] and empty[bohuw: a vacuity, i.e. (superficially) an undistinguishable ruin..."], and darkness on the surface of the deep..." (Gen.1:2 LIT with Strong's Definitions)

"Darkness" - ['choshek; kho-shek': the dark; hence (literally) darkness; figuratively, misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness...] (Strong's Definitions)

SATAN is the author of "darkness"... not God. Satan is the author of misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow and wickedness... not God. God made the world "Perfectly" in the beginning [verse 1] as He did with all of creation. The destruction and perversion of what God made occurred AFTERWARD. It was Satan who "destroyed" it [verse 2] -- and a tiny fragment of "the story of Lucifer's rebellion" is found right there in Genesis 1 [here a little, and there a little].

In this world [that Satan owns; "...I will give you the glory of these kingdoms {all the governments of the world} and authority over them - because THEY ARE MINE to give to anyone I please..." - Luke 4:6 NLT]... the Bible is read:

"...yet they would not hear... that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken." (Isa.28:12-13)

Just because we don't always see it, doesn't mean that it isn't there. It's the Author of the Bible who reveals the picture His Word paints to the discerning mind that truly desires His Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding.

"Get wisdom, get Understanding: forget it not... Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore get Wisdom: and with all thy getting get Understanding." (Prov.4:5-7)

The entire story of Lucifer's rebellion is found throughout the Bible; here a little, and there a little. Genesis begins with a mere fragment of the big picture that's not pertinent to the account of God's "remake" of the destroyed earth, repairing and preparing it, to sustain man [the children of His future Divine Family; also pictured throughout the Bible... here a little, and there a little].
