The name for that condition is tinnitus. There are different possible causes, and your health care provider can help you sort out your options.
The Pitch
An ascending tone is when the pitch of a sound increases gradually. In contrast, a descending tone is when the pitch of a sound decreases gradually. These terms are often used to describe how the pitch changes in music or speech.
Pitch
The sound pressure amplitude tells about how loud the tone will be and the pitch (frequency = cycles per second) of the oscillation tells how high the sound of the tone will be. The amplidude gives the loudness of the tone. The the pitch gives the frequency of the tone.
tone means high pitch or low pitch voice. or changing a voice 2 express emotions!:D

Pitch is the range of high and low sounds, where the note appears on the staff. It has a vertical dimension. Tone is the quality of the sound, that which makes it distinct and identifiable by its regularity of vibration or constant "pitch". The pitch of a tone defines its height or depth in relation to the whole series of tones the ear is capable of hearing.
Loudness means the volume, high or low, of sound, while the pitch is the degree of highness or lowness of a tone.
FOUR COMPONENTS OF TONES ARE. . . 1. Timbre- the characteristic quality of a sound independent of pitch and hardness. 2. Intensity-it is the volume or loudness of the vibration of a tone. 3. Pitch-is the degree of high or depth of a tone or a sound. 4. Duration- it is the lenght of time , the tone continuous to remain and audible.
Pitch refers to the perceived frequency of sound, with higher frequencies corresponding to higher pitches. Tone, on the other hand, refers to the quality or timbre of a sound, which is influenced by factors such as harmonics, overtones, and the sound sources. Essentially, pitch is about how high or low a sound is, while tone is about the characteristic sound quality.
