Track takes extreme dedication--its somthing that alot of people can really be good at, but if you want to be great, you have to try hard--all the time--no exeptions. also i think that the competitive nature in people really come out in a track event when they want to try their best to beat the guy/girl next to them. that's me anyways, and im sure its alot of others as well
