You can use indicators (liquid or paper). Universal Indicators (UI) are the best, as with them you can tell if something is acid, neutral or alkali, depending on the colour (there will be a colour indicator). However, you can also use red and blue indicator, but they are less accurate, as although they might be acid (or alkali), they might be neutral as well, so I suggest you use UI. Hope this helps :) Source: Science lessons!
Litmus paper or universal indicator are the best ways.
i think Jasmine Villegas best friend is Jazzy Mejia :)
No, not always. Some indicators are better suited for certain ranges; UI will provide a rough indication across a huge range, but other indicators can be more accurate across a small range, and this is when they are used.

Jasmine Tea is made from Jasmine flowers. The most common Jasmine plants that are used for jasmine tea and other jasmine based products are blossoms from common jasmine (Jasminum officinale) or sampaguita (Jasminum sambac). If you want to buy best jasmine tea, I would recommend you UsTwoTea.

False jasmine [Gelsemium] is poisonous. True white jasmine [Jasminum] isn't.
